Denia Costa Blanca
Denia is situated at the foot of the Montgo mountain National Park, crowned by an Islamic castle and awarded the EU’s Blue Flag every year for clean seas and 20kms of sandy beaches, towards Els Poblets, which makes this town a very attractive holiday destination.
Denia has a port where you can catch the ferry across to Ibiza or Majorca if you fancy a weekend away. The well equipped port also offers mooring points for 1593 boats as well as sailing, diving and windsurfing schools. For the more confident/experienced you can hire your own boat for the day.
Slightly inland on the Jesus Pobre road is the La Sella Golf Club which offers golf classes in Spanish, English and German, a 25 bay driving range along with a practise bunker and a putting green.
Denia is notably the town with the most fiestas in the whole of Spain.
